Abel Traders is a huge and well established Wellington, New Zealand secondhand store that offers a lot more than secondhand furniture and appliances.  They still have a nice selection of antiques and collectables, but the space devoted to it was recently reduced.

Abel Traders offers some wonderful retro furniture and a selection of glass, ceramics, pottery, lighting, and other bits and pieces.

Location Tips:

Abel Traders is located on Ghuznee Street just off Taranaki Street in central Wellington.  es design, the retro design shop, is located next door on Marion Street.

Parking:

Metered street parking is available but can be hard to come by.
