Cartwells of Tirau, also called Antiques @ Tirau, is a large antiques shop located on State Highway 1 in Tirau, New Zealand.  This shop has something for everyone.

What’s Inside:

Cartwells has a large selection of antiques and collectables of just about every category.  They have a noteworthy selection of lighting fixtures and globes.  They offer victorian to vintage glass, silver, metalware, china, ceramics, figurines, tankards, pottery, postcards, antique furniture, bottles, tiles, estate jewellery, costume jewellery and many different small items.

Location Tips:

Cartwells easily spotted as you drive into town on State Highway 1, just South of the turn off on to State Highway 27.

Parking:

Street parking is plentiful, but be careful crossing the busy highway.
